We are company focusing on 3 major areas:

Our main focus is Asia, so most of our projects and events are focused on the Asian market.
Within the event, we organize a number of seminars, conferences and educational events for the professional as well as for the general public in cooperation with Czech state and private companies and institutions that have links to the Asian market.
In the context of the promotion of small and medium enterprises we provide market analysis, legal advice and we also help these companies to facilitate entry into the Asian markets.
We give students an opportunity, so we often work with universities, and we have several trainees from universities in our team. Our goal is to raise awareness of the Asian region, the entry into Asian markets and the development of mutual business between the Czech Republic and Asia.

HISTORY
The company was established in 2012. The original idea of ​​the Institute, as an administrative institute for public affairs, was to create a platform for the training of civil servants. From the very beginning, we have exerted pressure on public institutions in the area of ​​education, leading to a more transparent performance of their functions. Our activities were directed towards more directions – transport infrastructure, aviation, industry and trade, and more.

Industry – Export and Investment
The new Division of Insitute, founded in late 2013, focused on export promotion, industry and international trade, has gained great success. To date, we have registered over 2000 companies that attended our pro-export seminars, participated in our research and analysis, or participated in our missions. From the point of view of the market, we did not originally distinguish between regions (our efforts were directed to both the US, South America, Africa and Asia). The greatest demand for information and the pressure to change due to the failure of Czech exports was directed towards the countries of Asia, in particular China, India and Vietnam.
Since 2014, we have been studying, supporting export and analysing incoming investment from Asian countries, primarily China. We are of the opinion that there is a need to exert more pressure on the state administration bodies in the area of ​​support and protection of Czech exports to these developing countries. We believe that the awareness of Czech companies about culture, business relations and general opportunities in Asia is inadequate. At the same time, we are exerting pressure on the Czech state authorities in the area of ​​providing support and presentation of the Czech Republic abroad. We believe it is necessary to present the Czech Republic as a country for investment with added value and vice versa rationalize growth of factories and speculative capital or acquisition.

Education – the future of the Czech Republic
Since the very beginning, the Institute has placed emphasis on the quality of education. Since 2014 we have been an accredited institution of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports in the education of pedagogical staff (DVPP). We are dedicated to organizing a series of seminars and meetings for both kindergartens, primary and secondary schools. Every year, we organize an annualconference on “TRAINING AND EDUCATION”, which is a high-level meeting for the heads of kindergartens, elementary schools and secondary schools.
We are the authors of the publication ENTER and the portal www.e-enter.cz, which seeks to modernize obsolete authorities’ approach to digitization and application of modern technologies in education. This is especially the application of the Czech state standard in connection with the practice of both managers and students, both in the Czech Republic and in the world. The ENTER magazine is published both in hard copy and in electronic form. Only electronic forms expose almost 10,000 licenses to students per year.

Strategy and advice
The collection of information and data in the areas of industry, environment, education and local development allows us to propose the direction and solution of some problems in the given institutions. We strive to exert pressure on government authorities to maximize their impact in education and industry.
